PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

I graduated from Azerbaijan State Economic Institute from March 1999 to May 2009. Later, I enriched my experience working for two American organizations such as Academy for Educational Development (AED) and American Councils for International Education (ACTR-ACCELS) from 1999 till 2009. I also tried to improve my knowledge by doing research of challenges brought by World globalization processes and managed to develop my own University course on “Globalization and Identity” subject. During two semesters, from fall 2006 to spring 2007, I was teaching this course voluntarily upon request of American Studies Center of Baku State University. Currently, I am graduate student at Georgetown University. After finishing my first semester in fall 2010 I returned to Azerbaijan because of the leave of absence from my academic program at Georgetown Public Policy Institute, which I took until August 2013. Prior to transferring to Georgetown University, I studied Master of Public Administration program at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, USA, for one year from fall 2009 to spring 2010.
