Director of Operations: Responsible for the oversight/staffing/credentialing of two assisted

living facilities, 35 & 51 beds . Lead designer of an advanced proprietary software

program for administrating an assisted living facility, which includes 14 modules.

Development of a marketing plan is in progress. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Explorer,

Outlook; intermediate level with Excel.

June 2008 to March 31, 2011

Facility Administrator: Responsible for the administration of a 35-bed assisted living

facility for geriatrics. Oversight and supervision of 20 staff members and all departments,

fiscal management and program development. Early stage design and development of a

proprietary software program to administer all aspects of assisted living.

Director of Outpatient Services: Responsible for the development and management

of the agency’s outpatient services in two counties. The program provided a variety

of assessment and treatment services to individuals of all ages.

Program Manager: Responsible for the development and management of the

agency’s school-based social work program. Provided program leadership and

supervision to 35 clinical social workers placed in 60 public schools in five counties.

Treatment Supervisor: Responsible for supervising two residential treatment programs, each

housing thirteen male youth. Assisted in the development and management of a short-term,

family-focused residential treatment program.
