Work Week: Sunday – Saturday
Overtime Rate(s): 1.35 times the hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a week or 8 hours per day. For double time the rate would be 1.75 times the hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 12 hours per day. Overtime and double time rates will be billed consistent with federal, state and local labor laws.
Holiday Rate(s): 1.35 times the hourly rate for all government holidays worked.
On-Call Rate(s): $4.00 per hour and includes phone consultation.
Call Back Rate(s): Minimum 1 hour assignment at the rate applicable (i.e. over 8 hours would be the negotiated OT rate). Provider to remain within 30 minutes or 30 miles of the facility.
