1. TENDER NOTICE
PROCUREMENT, SUPPLY, DELIEVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING

Tender is invited for the purchase of various tools, equipments , machinery and raw materials for the Two self financed Industrial Training Institute (ITI) from the authorized suppliers/manufacturers.

2. TENDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(1) List of tools and equipments, machinery to be supplied for Annexure 1.1 to 1.6
(for CVM ITI for Engineering Trade).

(2) Detailed Terms and Conditions:
1. The envelope containing tender should be sealed and clearly super scribed “Tools and Equipments for CVM ITI for Engineering Trades addressed to the Er. V.M. Patel, Secretary I/C, Charutar Vidya Mandal, Post Box No.:22, V. V. Nagar-388120 and shall be posted well in advance by registered post or delivered by hand. Tenders received after the prescribed date and time will be summarily rejected.
2. All items are F.O.R. CVM, ITI for Engineering Trades.
3. The tenderers are responsible for effective supply to the entire satisfaction of the undersigned or his authorized representatives. In case of any defects in the items supplied, all items will be rejected. The rejected items should be cleared from our premises by the suppliers at their own risk, cost and responsibility.
4. Tenders shall be invariably accompanied by manufactures catalogue and leaflets giving full specification/ technical particulars and other details of the items offered Brand Make and complete specification of the offer should be mentioned in the tender.
5.90% of the payment will be made after the articles are received, Inspected and accepted by a committee constituted for the purpose. 10 % of the amount will be released after a period of six months on satisfactory performance of the tools/equipment.
6. All items supplied should be under guarantee/warranty for a period of at least one year from the date of acceptance by the committee. The supplier shall also be responsible for free repairs and maintenance of the tools/equipment for first two years. Furthermore any complaint thereafter shall have to be redressed by the Supplier within a period of one week against minimum charges.
7. The undersigned may accept/reject any of the tender or all of the tenders or part of the tender(s) without assigning any reason thereof. The undersigned does not bind himself to the right of acceptance of the whole or any part of the tender and the tenderer shall be bound to supply the accepted items at the rates quoted.
8. The Registration No/ CST number/TIN no. etc. allotted by the Sales Tax authorities are to be submitted along with the tender. Previous Experience documents as Supplier may also be Submitted.
9. The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be inclusive of packing Charges, transportation charges, handling charges etc. up to the store of our Office located at CVM ITI – Vallabh Vidyanagar. The price should be quoted both in figures and in words.
10. In case the L1 tendered fulfilling all terms and conditions fails to supply within the time schedule or within the extended period, his contract shall liable to be cancelled.
11. If the material does not come up to the specifications, the same shall be lifted or replaced by the supplier free of any cost.
12. If the material happens to be defective, the supplier shall replace the same or refund the cost of the material within a period of one month.
13. Catalogue and Operation manual has to be enclosed with the tender. Successful bidder has to supply maintenance manual of machines/equipments.
14. Warranty Card has to be supplied with the tools/equipments/machines.
15.The undersigned reserves the right to reduce/ enhance the quantity mentioned in the Annexure-1.1 to 1.6 and alter any of the Terms & Conditions of the Tender Document.
16. The Bidder shall be entirely responsible for all Taxes, Duties, License fees, Road permits etc. incurred until delivery of the contract goods to the consignee. The Bidder has to provide valid VAT Clearance certificate as applicable. Attested copies of Valid VAT/CST clearance certificate and PAN Card must be furnished along with the Tender Document.
17. The price quoted in the tender should be valid at least for Ninety days from the date of opening of the tender.
18. The materials shall be delivered at relevant CVM ITI within 15 days from the date of issue of Supply Order. The goods on delivery will be physically verified by Technical Experts of the Institute/Industry and it shall be the responsibility of the suppliers to arrange demonstration on functioning of Individual items, wherever required. Moreover the Supplier shall be responsible for complete Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the tools and equipment at the specified location in the Institute.
19. The Purchaser will evaluate and compare the tenders determined to be substantially responsive i.e. which:
(a) Are properly signed; and
(b) Confirm to the terms, conditions and specifications. The tender would be evaluated separately for each item: Quality, Price & Suitability for purpose of training to the ITI’s trainees shall be a considering factor of selection of tools, equipments etc. The tender shall also be evaluated taking into consideration after sales service provided by the firm, experience in supply of similar type of Tools, Equipments, to reputed organization. Reputed Brand shall also be a considering factor for selection of the item. The purchaser is empowered to select any of the Quoted items taking into account Quality & Price, which may not lowest quoted price.
20. In case of any discrepancy in downloaded and submitted Tender Documents, the Tender documents preserved in original at CVM ITI shall be taken as final and override the Tender submitted by the Tenderer.
21.The Tender Documents are Non-Transferrable.
22. 1% of total tender cost should be submitted as earnests money deposit in forms of DD named Charutar Vidya mandal which will be returned after the agency is fixed. Tender fee will be non refundable.
