Proclaimed offender wanted in four criminal cases arrested:-
Chandni Chowk police arrested one Manoj 22 yrs, a proclaimed offender wanted in four cases, R/O Indra Camp Trilok Puri. According to DCP North office he was nabbed near Khajoori Khas red light yesterday night. The local courts had declared him P.O in four cases of robbery and murder registered against him at P.S Mandawli & Kalyan Puri.
Three, including two women arrested for robbery:-
Civil Lines police arrested three persons who used to rob unsuspecting commuters in the area. According to DCP North office, on the intervening night of 31st May & 1st June Manoj Kumar R/O Kanjhawla hired an autorikshaw from ISBT for Mangol Puri. When the TSR came out of ISBT, TSR driver picked two women passengers. When the TSR reached near Chandgi Ram Akhara, the trio overpowered Manoj and robbed him of Rs 2800 cash, some important papers and his bag at knife point. Civil Lines police registered a case and apprehended Suresh Chand 50 yrs R/O Gamri Ext., Sushila 30 yrs R/O Khajoori Khas and Krishna 35 yrs R/O Loni from ISBT last night. Rs 1450, documents and bag have been recovered from the accused.

A CRIMINAL CARRYING A REWARD OF RS 5,000/- OF UP ARRESTED, LOADED COUNTRY-MADE PISTOL RECOVERED
INTRODUCTION
With the arrest of a person namelyPardeep Kumar @ Bhanu @ Monu, aged 22 years, s/o Late Sh. Bhopal Singh, r/o Meerut UP, the Crime Branch has arrested a desperate criminal and recovered a loaded country-made pistol from his possession. With his arrest the Police has worked-out six sensational cases of murder, attempt to murder, robbery and gang –rape. A reward of Rs 5,000/-was also declared by UP Police on his arrest.
INCIDENT & TEAM:
On 01.06.08 a secret information was received by in the SOS of Crime Branch that a desperate criminal of Meerut UP, having a reward of Rs 5,000/- on his arrest would come at Car Parking near Bhairon Mandir Opp Pragati Maidan at about 3-4 P.M. to meet his associates for commission of some crime. Seeing the gravity of the information immediately a police team consisting of SIs Rajinder Singh, Sharat Kohli, HCs Dinesh, Ombir, Sant Raj , Cts Ajay Rana, Rajinder, Harvinder Singh and Driver Kailash Meena led by Inspr. Raj Pal Dabas was constituted under the over all supervision of Sh. Udaiveer Singh Rathi, ACP/SOS./Crime Branch. Acting on tip off a trap was laid and accused Pardeep Kumar above was apprehended with loaded pistol. In this regard case FIR No 169 /08 u/s 25 A.Act was got registered in Police Station Tilak Marg Delhi
INTERROGATION
During the course of sustained interrogation the accused disclosed that he had committed several criminal cases in Meerut with his associates, some of his associates had been arrested by police. Meerut Police had declared a reward of Rs 5,000/- on his arrest. Meerut Police had been increasing pressure to arrest him so he came to Delhi. He was waiting for his other associates to come and commit crime .
He further disclosed that on 20.08.06 he along with his associates namely Kuldeep,Rajinder had raped a girl in his village and fled away. Father of victim got a case registered against them at Police Station Sarurpur Meerut UP .He had been pressurising victim father to make a compromise with them but he did not pay any heel to his advice. He along with Kuldeep & Rajinder shot dead the victim’s father on 23.07.07 at his village.
Police of PS Sarur Pur tried hard to arrest desperados and put a team of informers to get the information of Pardeep @ Bhanu and his associates.Accused came to know that one Jai Bir was providing information about their movement to police .On 19.10.07 he along with his associates Dharmandra ,Arun sharma & Yakub fired at Jai Bir at his village .He received gun-shot injuries but survived.
After this incident he along with his associates robbed a patwari of his motor-cycle, mobile phone ,cash & belongings. Accused further disclosed that he along with Kavinder& Jitanderhad committed a house robbery at Kakrana Place Delhi Road Meerut and had taken away a rifle of .315 bore and a revolver of .32 bore. On 2.04.08 he along with Pardeep & Yakub had fired three rounds at one Pardeep r/o Vill Pahar Pur to whom they suspected to be a police informer.
6 sensational cases of murder, attempt to murder, robbery and gang rape of Meerut U.P. have been worked out.
PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSON
Accused belong to a middle class farmers family. He has passed 8th class from his village school and fell in bad company. SSP Meerut declared a reward of Rs 5,000/- on his arrest. Other antecedents of the accused are being verified. Intimation about his arrest has been given to concerned police station. Search of remaining accused is on.
RECOVERY
One loaded country made pistol.
Further investigation is underway.

BLIND MURDER OF NIGERIAN SOLVED
South West District Police of Sarojini Nagar Police Station has solved a blind murder case with the arrest of a accused namely Alfred George @ Fred @ Bazinga collins aged 31 years (Nigeria National).
INCIDENT:
On 12.05.2008, an information was received at Police Station Sarojini Nagar vide DD No. 27-A at 5.10 PM through PCR that a person is lying injured in Arjun Nagar Dhobi Mohalla, Safdar Jung after a shoot out. On reaching the spot, it was revealed that one Negro with bullet injury has been taken to Safdar Jung Hospital by PCR Van in an unconscious state who in the hospital was found brought dead. In this regard a case was registered vide FIR No. 194 dated 12.05.2008 U/s 302 IPC at Police Stn. Sarojini Nagar and the investigation was taken up.
INVESTIGATION
It was a total blind murder case and initially, there was no clue about the identification of either the accused or about the details of the victim as well. The investigation of the case was taken up by a team constituted of officers of Sub Division Vasant Vihar under the close supervision of ACP/Vasant Vihar Shri Kumar Gyanesh. On enquiry, the victim was identified as Peter Eke, a Nigerian, residing at Arjun Nagar, New Delhi along with a Girl. The girl informed that on 12.05.2008, she along with Peter and their common friend Friday Okoh were present in the house. At about 4/4.30 PM, some one knocked at the door and Friday Okoh opened the door and he went out with him followed by Peter. After some time she came to know that Peter has been shot dead.
Intense search for Friday Okoh was made and finally he was tracked from Vasant Vihar area. On questioning, he revealed that he had witnessed the incident. As per him, one Nigerian Onwuemeri A Kennedy along another Nigerian and two Indian accomplices had come in a white car. Initially there were some arguments between Onwuemeri A Kennedy and Peter Eke over some money. In the meantime, the other Nigerian who had come with Onwuemeri A Kennedy shot at Peter Eke.
During further investigation, it was revealed that Onwuemeri A Kennedy along with his Nigerian associate was hiding somewhere in Banaswadi area of Banglore. Different teams were formed under the overall supervision of ACP/Vasant Vihar Shri Kumar Gyanesh. A raiding party consisting of Hd. Const. Rakesh Tomar, Const. Amit Kumar and Vishwajit under the supervision of Inspr. Laxmi Narain, SHO/Sarojini Nagar was sent to Banglore, Karnataka. The raiding party raided at various possible hideouts in Banaswadi area of Banglore, but was revealed that the accused persons have moved to Mumbai. The team followed them to Mumbai but the accused managed to move to Varanasi in U.P. Finally the Nigerian associate of Onwuemeri A Kennedy was traced and raid was conducted in the area of Satya Niketan, Delhi from where he was apprehended. The accused was identified as Alfred George @ Fred @ Bazinga collins aged 31 years (Nigeria National). On interrogation he confessed about the commission of crime.
PROFILE
Alfred George @ Fred @ Bazinga collins aged 31 years (Nigeria National) came to India on 08.06.2005 on a Visa valid for six months as a soccer player. He claims to have played for few state clubs as Kerela, Delhi etc. After expiry of the Visa, he did not go back and overstayed illegally. He does not have known source of livelihood but used to travel by Air oftenly and spent money lavishly. He also has been receiving money through Western Unions from various countries. He came into contact with Onwuemeri A Kennedy a few months ago who told him about his dispute with Peter over a sum of Rs 4 lakh approx. On the day of incident, they had gone to settle the score with Peter and during the altercation the accused shot dead Peter. Few forged passports have also been recovered and the verification is on.

MOTIVE
The motive of accused behind the murder of Peter Eke, Nigerian national was money dispute between Peter Eke and another Nigerian national Onwuemeri A Kennedy as revealed by the arrested accused. A forged passport of the wanted Nigerian Onwuemeri A Kennedy has been recovered which shows him to be South African.
Further investigation is in progress.

Godown Engaged in Un-Authorised Manufacture and Sale of Adulterated Light Diesel Oil (L.D.O) Busted.
With the arrest of six persons namely (i) Ashok Kumar S/o Sukh Ram (ii) Santosh Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Prakash (iii) Rajesh S/o Ramachhewar (iv) Sabhapati S/o Jethu (v) Jai Lal S/o Sant Baksh (vi) Lal Chand Yadav S/o Kamla Prasad, the staff of P.S. SP Badli has unearthed a massive godown engaged in manufacture, sale and storage of combustible substances in residential area endangering the lives of people residing there and recovered illegally manufactured adulterated Light Diesel Oil (LDO).
Brief facts
On the intervening night of 30/31.05.08 at about 2.00 a.m. Sh. Sanjeev Kumar, Inspr. Investigation/PS SP Badli received secret information regarding illegal manufacturing of LDO at Village Badli. This was brought in to the knowledge of senior officers and a joint team of staff of P.S SP Badli and Vigilance Outer District was formed under the direct supervision of ACP/PG/Outer District Sh. Om Kumar. The team comprising Inspr. Ranvir Singh, SHO/SP Badli, Sh. Sanjeev Kumar, Inspr. Investigation/PS SP Badli, SI Mukesh Antil, SI Gopal Dutt, SI Satish Kumar, HC Mahender, HC Devender, HC Anoop, Ct. Surender, Ct Umesh, Ct. Ajit and Ct. Ranvir reached at the spot and premises located at Khasra No. 136/2, near Shivalaya Mandi, Village Badli was surrounded while its owners namely Nawal Kishore, his nephew Manish Ravi Aggarwal, Pawan Kumar and Hariom etc. were engaged in unloading of the HPCL LDO at the godown, which was meant to be delivered to the Chief Engr. HPGCL, Yamuna Nagar, (Haryana). The driver of the tanker no. UP-85S-9168 i.e. Ashok Kumar along with others namely Santosh Kumar, Rajesh, Sabhapati, Jai Lal, Lal Chand Yadav engaged in this whole illegal operation, were nabbed at the spot. As per the facts and circumstances a case vide FIR No. 223/08 dated 31.05.08 u/s 406/407/414/420/285/120-B IPC and 7 E.C. Act was registered at PS SP Badli and adulterated LDO, Kerosene oil, Solvent etc. found at the spot were seized.
During the course of investigation it revealed that Nawal Kishor along with his accomplices as above were engaged in this illegal operation of manufacturing adulterated LDO by mixing Rubber Processing Oil (RPO) and Kerosene oil.

Modus Operandi
The modus Operandi of accused persons was that they have the License for Storage of petroleum products of class-A 20000 Ltrs., class – B 30000 Ltrs., Class- C 20000 Ltrs. i.e. total 70000 Ltrs. and having the agency of Kerosene oil from Food and Supply Deptt., GNCT of Delhi. The accused persons procure the Rubber Processing Oil and store the same in the said godown and mix the kerosene oil with the help of electric motors and store it in huge underground tanks and manufacture the adulterated L.D.O. (Light Diesel Oil). The accused persons are having the relations with Hariom, the transport contractor of oil company Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Shakur Basti, Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. The transport contractor Received the supply of LDO from the company to their destination, instead of taking the tanker to destination the driver of tanker took the vehicle to the godown of accused persons and unload the original LDO in the underground tank of godown and refill the tanker with adulterated LDO. Later on the adulterated LDO is delivered to the party in place of original LDO. In this way they were making a huge profit.

A GANG OF ROBBERS BUSTED THREE GANG MEMBERS ARRESTRED, NINE CASES OF MURDER, ROBBERY AND SNATCHING SOLVED.
With the arrest of three accused persons namely (i) Aheson Abbas @ Monu, (ii) Jitender @ Haddi and (iii) Ravi the police of PS Mangol Puri busted a gang of robbers and solved nine cases of Robbery, Snatching and Theft.
Brief facts
On the intervening night of 25/26.05.08 a young person namely Milan R/o Siwan, Bihar, was brought dead in S.G.M. Hospital, with Multiple stab injuries. On enquiry it was found that on 25.05.08 at about 11.00 p.m., Milan S/o Late Bachcha Singh R/o village Kumkumpur, P.S. Basantpur, Distt. Siwan, Bihar, aged 22 years along with his friend has gone to a petrol pump at road no. 316, Industrial Area, Phase-I, Mangol Puri, Delhi, to get his motor cycle refilled. He was laid down by three motor cycle born miscreants to rob him of his mobile which he was using. On the resistance from Milan the miscreants stabbed him and took away his mobile phone make Nokia 5200. A case vide FIR No. 265/2008 dated 26-06-2008 U/S 397/302/34 IPC was registered on the statement of Dharmatama and investigation was taken up.
A team consisting of Insp. Om Prakash, SHO/Mangol Puri, S.I. Sunil Kumar, I/C.P.P. S.G.M. Hospital, HC. Mahavir Singh, HC. Rajpal, Ct. Rajbir, Ct. Dharambir, Ct. Sri Niwas, Ct. Om Prakash, Ct. Rakesh, Ct. Virender, was constituted to trace out the accused persons. Manual sources were deployed and electronic surveillance was started with the help of S.I. Mahavir Singh I/C.P.P. Vijay Vihar, PS Rohini. The monitoring of robbed cell phone and manual secret Information revealed that the assailants are residents of G&F Block, Mangol Puri, Delhi. The information was further developed and on 31.05.2008 a police party was deployed at B-Block, Mini Market, Mangol Puri, where three persons were apprehended while riding on the same motor cycle which was used by them at the commission of above said crime.
On sustained interrogation the accused persons confessed their involvement in the said crime. They further disclosed that the motor cycle which was used in this crime was stolen from the area of P.S. Rohini, and they had been using this motor cycle with fake number plate of registration no.DL-8S-AG-8635. Nine cases of Robbery, Snatching and Theft have been worked out on the basis of their disclosure statements. Recovery of case property i.e. mobile phone and weapon of offence used in the crime has also been affected. On perusal of records all the three accused persons were found previously involved in burglary, Arms Act and theft cases.
