All the Head Masters of Govt.High Schools / ZP High Schools /Mpl.High Schools/Manager, Govt.TextBook,Tadepalligudem/all the Mandal Educational Officers/Deputy Inspector of Schools/ Deputy Educational Officers / Principal SSRGovt. Physical Education Gopannapalem and Principal DIET Dubacherla in the district are informed that vide reference cited, the Chief Accounts Officer ,A.P. ,Amaravathi has informed that an Audit team of AG containing (4) members will be visiting the O/ the Commissioner of School Education and other field Officers concerned to review the grants of School Education and ascertain compliance with budgeting process, monitoring of funds, control mechanism and implementation of the schemes pertaining to School Education Grant for the F.Y.2016-17.

Further, the AG Audit team has informed that the AG Audit team will visit the O/o the District Educational Officer, West Godavari, Eluru from 30-10-2017 onwards and requested to produce the all records and information copies as desired by the AG team while visiting the office.

All the Head Masters of Govt.High Schools / ZP High Schools /Mpl.High Schools/Manager, Govt.TextBook,Tadepalligudem/ all the Mandal Educational Officers/Deputy Inspector of Schools/ Deputy Educational Officers / Principal SSRGovt. Physical Education Gopannapalem and Principal DIET Dubacherla in the district are hereby instructed to ready and keep all records /information relating to AG Audit and to attend the District Educational Officers office along with all records . The Date and time will be intimated separetely.

The Deputy Educational Officers in the district are requested to inform the above matter to al l the Headmaster of Govt./ZP and Mpl.Schools in yourb jurisdiction withoufail.
