Prize Terms and Conditions

As part of this offer customers who have updated their marketing preferences by responding to communication from Calor Teoranta and/or Calor Gas Northern Ireland Limited (the “Company”) shall be entered into a competition. Please see terms and conditions below.

  1. Prize includes one three hundred euro voucher for Mount Juliet, which can be used for an array of experiences, from an overnight stay at Mount Juliet, a round of golf, dinner for two or a luxury spa treatment.
  1. Booking is subject to availability and at the discretion of Mount Juliet Estate.
  1. The Prize is valued at €300 and will be provided in the form of a voucher which may be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out by Mount Juliet Estate (the “Hotel”) and may be reviewed at
  1. In order to qualify to be entered into a draw for the competition the Company must receive the customers updated marketing preferences as required under the correspondence attached to these terms and conditions on or before 17h00 on Friday 18th of May 2018.
  1. The Company does not accept responsibility or liability for loss or damage arising in respect of the competition.
  1. The Company cannot be held responsible for the quality of the customers stay at Mount Juliet Estate.

Republic of Ireland: To the extent that the Company collects Personal Data from you in the course of performing its obligations under this competition, Calor will process such Personal Data in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003, and from May 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and any legislation in Ireland to implement the GDPR, to administer your account and to provide our services and products.

Northern Ireland: To the extent that Calor collects Personal Data from you in the course of performing its obligations under this competition, Calor will process such Personal Data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and from May 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and any legislation in Northern Ireland to implement the GDPR, to administer your account and to provide our services and products. We may pass Personal Data to our agents and service providers when relevant for these purposes.
