1. Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Ltd, its related bodies corporate and its directors, officers and employees (together LCB) do not warrant that any current or future student of LCB is a suitable tenant for the Property or that by LCB placing information about the Property on its website I/we will secure a tenant or other occupant for the Property;
2. I/We will forever hold harmless and expressly release LCB from any and all loss or damage suffered due to, arising out of, or in any way connected with LCB placing information about the Property on its website and/or any tenancy or other occupancy arrangement made by me/us in relation to the Property and whether such loss or damage arises in or under tort, contract, statute or in equity;
3. I/We warrant that any and all the information we provide to LCB (including information about myself/ourselves and about the Property) is true and accurate (and I/we will immediately notify LCB in writing if that ceases to be the case) and I/we hereby indemnify LCB for any loss or damage it may suffer by reason of it placing that information on its website or otherwise and whether such loss or damage arises in or under tort, contract, statute or in equity;
4. LCB may at its sole discretion remove the Property from and cease referring to the Property (and may remove or amend information about the Property) on its website at any time for any reason and is under no obligation whatsoever to me/us in the event that it does so.
