Lane: Hi, this is JD from JD's Chevron in Madisonville, KY. One of our gas pumps was damaged in the earthquake, and seems to have ruptured. The automatic valve shutoffs don’t seem to have engaged. Gas is spilling everywhere! Three customers were soaked with the gasoline. The storage capacity of that particular tank is approximately 20,000 gallons.

Hi, this is JD from JD's Chevron in Madisonville, KY. One of our gas pumps was damaged in the earthquake, and seems to have ruptured. The automatic valve shutoffs don’t seem to have engaged. Gas is spilling everywhere! Three customers were soaked with the gasoline. What should I do? How can I contain the release? I own an exotic pet store in Paducah. I went to go check on my store after the earthquake and the building is damaged and the cages fell on the ground and are broken. All of the animals are missing. I don’t know if someone stole them or if they got out on their own. I had 4 pythons, 3 caymans (small alligators), 2 boa constrictors, 2 macaw parrots, 12 tarantulas, 4 sugar gliders (small flying rodent), and other miscellaneous small animals like my hedgehogs, gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, and rats.
