Conditions of Enrolment

Privacy(VET COURSES ONLY)

The College collectsstudents’ information for internal use and the data may be provided to government departments under the RTO compliance regulations and the NSW Food Amendment (Food Safety Supervisors) Act 2009.

Attendance(FSS & FIRST AID COURSES)

  • Students are required to attend 100% of the course duration as specified in its corresponding documents (and submit completed assessments in order to be assessed and issued the course certificate).
  • Students arriving 30 minutes after the commencement of a practical or theory class or not attending for the required duration of a practical or theory class will be marked absent and deemed to have missed that class.

Refund Policy

Refund of Course Fee - Conditions

A refund of Course Fee will only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The College is unable to provide the course on the date for which an offer has been made.
  • The student is unable to commence the course due to serious illness (A doctor certificate is required) orcompassionate reasons.
  • Withdrawal before the commencement date of the course.

The student should inform the College about the delay or cancellation of the course and lodge a request for refund as soon as possible. Any request for refund lodged ten (10) working days after the commencement date will not be processed.

Refund of Course Fee - Procedure

Application fee (If any) is non-refundable.

Full refund if the College could not provide the course on the date which an offer has been made. This will not be applied if the student has previously agreed with a new commencement date. A full refund will then be issued within 10 working days after the cancellation date of the course.

A partial refund will be granted if the student lodges a request for refund of course fees before the commencement date of the course. A refund will then be issued within 10 working days for the total amount paid to the College, less an administrative charge of $50.00.

No refund if refund application was lodged after the course commencement date.
