1. / ICT Introduction: To establish student’s prior knowledge the teacher will encourage students to share previous work and display skills. The teacher will explain the work being set next lesson and students will research areas that they might like to produce a PowerPoint. / Students will understand the units and project work that will be completed over the first term. Previous skills and understanding will be demonstrated through previous work shown so that work can be correctly differentiated for students.

2. / PowerPoint: Following the teacher PowerPoint on an area of interest students will be working on compiling their own PowerPoint and demonstrating their own skills on the area. Students will then be supported individually to make improvements and to teach

3. / Excel at Excel:
Students will establish how excel can be used to aid the correlating of data and numbers. This will follow the form of becoming a fictional rap superstar with sales from record sales, advertising contracts, a clothing label and live performances / Students will demonstrate an awareness of the key tool involved with using Excel. Simple additions and calculations should be carried out, with an understanding of how excel could be used further.
