The Purchaser agrees to:
Provide an adequate and safe space for Prints Charming Photo Booth (PCPB)
The booth itself measures 5x5x8 – a 10 x 10 area gives adequate space
Booth location needs to be near an electrical source (110 v outlet)
Provide protection from inclement weather if the event is to be held “rain or shine”
Provide accessibility to location 1 hour prior to event for set-up and 45 minutes after event for takedown
Terms and Conditions
Your event is confirmed upon return of contract and deposit.
Final payment is due day of event or before.
Refunds of deposits will be given if cancellations are made prior to two weeks of the event. If cancellations are made less than two weeks, PCPB reserves the right to keep a portion or all of the deposit. In lieu of a cancellation, rescheduling may be possible.
If the service of PCPB is extended at your event, payment is due at that time.
It is agreed that the Purchaser shallbe held liable for any injury or damages toPCPB, equipment, attendant or property ofPCPB, while on the premises of said event.
If PCPB cannot fulfill contracted services due to photo booth related issues; a refund will be issued at a prorated amount.
PCPB reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel services should the weather pose a potential danger to the attendant, the equipment, or guests. Every effort will be made to continue the service. However, safety is paramount in all decisions. Compensation for PCPB will not be affected by such cancellation.
In the event that inappropriate content is captured, PCPB is not held liable for any actions or content generated by these guests. Inappropriate content may be discarded at the discretion of PCPB.
This agreement allows PCPB the right to use any photos for advertisement purposes.
The date is not considered reserved until we receive a signed copy of the contract along with the deposit amount. Once received, you will be notified via e-mail that your date has been confirmed.
At this time we do not accept Credit Cards. We do accept personal or cashier’s checks and cash. Please make checks payable to Angie Holcomb or Prints Charming Photo Booth; 1537 Dobbins Mill Road Yadkinville, NC 27055.
By signing this contract all Terms and Conditions are agreed upon and as Purchaser, the person signing said contract, has agreed that he or she is eighteen (18) years of age, and he or she personally accepts and assumes full responsibility and liability under the terms of this contract.
