Jeffrey A. Rembaum, Esq. Named to Florida “Super Lawyers” List for 2012
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – Leading South Florida community association law firm Kaye Bender Rembaum is proud to announce that Principal Member Jeffrey A. Rembaum, Esq. has been named to the Florida Super Lawyers list as one of the top attorneys in Florida for 2012.
Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, rates outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a rigorous multi-phased process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. No more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by Super Lawyers.

Rembaum has been practicing law formore than 15 years. His law practice is concentrated on the representation of community and commercial associations, developers and owners. He has experience in a vast number of real estate and land use related matters such as site acquisition and reconfiguration, land entitlement, commercial and residential leasing, foreclosures, surface and drainage water rights, zoning, variances, code enforcement, civil litigation, eminent domain and Division of Condominium arbitration. He is a frequent lecturer and often publishes in the area of community association law. Rembaum became a Principal Member of the Firm after merging his community association law practice with Kaye Bender, P.L. earlier this year to form Kaye Bender Rembaum.
