PRIMARY CARE SERVICES ENGLAND (PCSE) – USEFUL INFORMATION FOR PRIMARY CARE CONTRACTORS

SUPPLIES

Supplies of controlled stationery and sterile products should be ordered via Capita’s online portal.

If a contractor has not received log on details or is having technical issues accessing the portal they should contact the Customer Support Centre on 0333 014 2884.

Urgent orders for supplies can be arranged via the portal, by clicking on the ‘Submit an Urgent Order’ link on the portal.

If an urgent order is required and the contractor cannot access the online portal, these can be made by contacting the Customer Support Centre by phone or by email at with ‘Urgent supplies order’ as the subject header.

Contractors will not be charged for orders (there may be a charge for urgent orders in the future). NHS England is committed to ensuring supplies are ordered responsibly and for this reason prices for items are included on the portal to help contractors make an informed decision about what they need.

If there are items not included in the catalogue which you feel are essential for your practice, please email:
