Add $100 Deposit for Food Stalls/Food Vans only which shall be refunded if the stall is cleaned up post event or else shall be deducted and not refunded.

STALLHOLDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read carefully and keep this sheet for your records and information

  1. All stall holders will be given access for their vehicles inside the premises to set up their stalls. The time for this access is between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. For safety reasons we will send you bump In-Out information before event to follow.
  1. No claims will be recognised on the positioning of your stall.
  1. All requirements regarding Food Handling and Safety must be adhered to as per the Legislation or Local Council requirements. All food stall holders and food/ice cream vans MUST register their interest with Street Trader on street trader.health.vic.gov.au and a copy to be displayed at the stalls during the event (or when required to show during inspection). NOTE: The Wyndham Holi will not allow any trading without citing this document.
  1. Please note that Wyndham City Council will have a health inspector on the premises throughout this fair and no claims for refunds will be entertained if you do not satisfy the Council Requirements. Please keep a Food Thermometer handy in your marquee. Pls contact Wyndham Council for Rules and Regulations.
  1. Stall holders MUST keep their goods within their confined area of the stall. They must display/sell their goods within 1m of the confines of their stall area only. They will NOT be permitted to sell or distribute their goods, pamphlets, flyers, etc. outside their stall area. The organizers reserve the right to close off such stalls forfeiting these conditions.
  1. Cancellation policy: For any reason; 50% of fee paid forfeited.
  1. The organisers will have the full liberty to close off any stall which displays sub-standard food or materials that are offensive or cause inconvenience to the patrons. Stalls that sell powder colors, liquor, cigarettes or drugs will also be closed off and be asked to leave the venue. The entire stall cost will be forfeited in such instances. No claims for damages or loss of business will be entertained as a result of this closure.
  1. Individual stall holders will be responsible for their own insurances to cover their stall equipment, goods and direct public liability claims and Theft. The Wyndham Holi must be indemnified against any such claims from the public.

I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions* for booking of my stall on page 2 and undertake to abide by these terms and conditions. My full payment is enclosed herewith.
