- Purpose of President’s Cabinet
Purpose: The primary purpose is to be informational exchange with different constituencies of the University.
Schedule:President Cabinet will meet on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 9:00 am – 11:00 am. A large meeting space will be considered.
Format:Meeting will be facilitated by Provost Tom, Hackett. Dr. Markwood will be in attendance.
Suggestions for meeting locations are Davidson Center, Schuster 130, and VPAA Conference Room.

- Academic Affairs
Reaffirmation has been submitted for SACS. Graduate School have a Graduate Research Conference on November 4th – 5th, located in the Cunningham Center. All faculty and staff are asked to come show support.
Academic Affairs are currently searching for CSU next QEP Directors to provide leadership and organization in implementing and completing all initiative for CSU’s QEP. This position is a full-time administrative position. The selected candidate will retain his/her faculty rank.
Possible relocation of the QEP facility. No decision has been made on the new location to house the QEP.

- Faculty Senate

- Dean’s Council

- Enrollment Services
Currently Military Enrollment is located next to Troy University. Suggestions were made by current enrolled soldiers on having 7 week class on post possible during lunch hours or after work.
November 10, 2015 there will be a Career Fair. For location, please contact Susan Lovell.
November 11, 2015 a cookout around the clock tower hosted by the Student of Veterans Association.
November 12, 2015 a lunch and learn for Faculty partnering with CSU Disability Services for military students will be held. Contact Susan Lovell for more information.

- Business and Finance
Budget priorities and capital projects were submitted.

- Human Resource
Proposed changes for the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Open enrolment workshops for full time employees will be held November 2nd – 13th, 2015.

- University Advancement
CSU Homecoming was a great success. The next upcoming event is Tower Donor Day, which will be November 12th held at the River Mill.

- Student Affairs
Winter Fest 2015 will be December 1st, 215 around CSU clock tower from 6-9pm. There are 16 community groups signed up and will perform at the Winter Fest.

- University Information and Technology Services
Campus wide, the password reset was a success. Password will be required to change every 6 months and must be 10 characters.

- Student Government Association
Amendment to be passed once approved by President.

- Leadership Development
October 27th, traveling to attend the Atlanta Business Chronical with a group of leaders. The Leadership Institute are working on a project with Synovus. October 28th Paradigm Investment meeting at Callaway Gardens.

- Athletics
All athletics teams are doing well. On November 9th, is the ground breaking with the City of Columbus located at Cooper Creek at 4:00pm.
November 13th, dedication of the new golf facility. Stated time is 11am.
