President Chase Hatley called the meeting to order at 7:05

Members checked in with Secretary Rebecca Skahen.

President Chase Hatley went over the new General Meeting Decorum handout. Members were given a few minutes to read them and ask questions.

Tennis Tuesday, 4:00-5:00pm, Caldwell Park, chair: Kathryn Brown. Jarius, Chase. Megan, and Kira signed up to help Tuesday, 10/12.

Dogs’ Day Out, 10/23, chair: Mercedes. Asked for volunteers and nstructed everyone to check in with her when they arrived. Also, handed out parking instructions: do not park in the parking lots, but take the paved trail into the park behind the dumpster.

9am-12 noon 12 noon to 3pm.

-Arts & Crafts table: Margaret/Uzoji Caroline/Alexandra

-Bake sale/hot dogs: Rebecca, Alex B., Greg Harmony, Anna Catherine, Felix

-Stage/Contests: Chase, Jake, Hannah Chase, Erin, Makayla

-Doggie Fun Zone: Harmony, Madison L., Megan Madison W., Joseph, Kira

The following are bringing baked goods for an additional 5 points:

Dog Food Drive, 10/25, chair: Jessica Randolph. Bring dry, 5 lb. bags of dog food to our next meeting. 5 lbs. = 5 Points! Please do not bring bigger than 5 lbs. bags!

Concord Regional Airport Open House & Fly In, 10/24, chair: Walker Swink. We will assist with refreshments. Volunteers signed up for one of two time slots.

Community Free Clinic, 10/26, chairs: Rebecca S. & Onyema. Volunteers will be taken at the 10/25 meeting.

Front desk, 5-7pm, need 1 volunteer

Nursing, 5:30-7:00pm, need 2 volunteers

Pharmacy, 6:30-8:30, need 2 volunteers

Pumpkin Prowl, 10/28, 3-7pm at Hartsell Rec. Center, Chair: Harmony Houston.

Come right after school to set up the games and decorations. Wear a costume! Volunteers will be taken at the 10/25 meeting.

Scarrigan Farms Haunted Trail, 10/28, 7pm. Meet at Hartsell Rec Center where we will ride the Parks & Rec bus. Cost is $20 and includes food and drink; YC pays $10, you pay $10 at the next meeting!! Krispy Kreme fundraiser, chair: Caroline Blackman Forms will be handed out at the 10/25 meeting. Money is due at 11/8 meeting. Everyone is required to sell 5 boxes for $5 each/2 points per box sold. Cash only, no checks accepted! Krispy Kreme doughnuts are picked up at Krispy Kringle. Every box sold after the required amount will be worth 1 point each.

Coffeehouse will be set up with entertainment. Anyone want to perform?? We urge you to invite your friends and family. This is considered a meeting so points are given and absences are considered excused/unexcused!!
