A double entry between Ballroom and Latin section is not allowed in all Events.
Professional Asian Closed is restricted to dancing only for Asian competitors. (Asian nationality is required of either one of partners.)
Application Deadline will be 20th of January, 2012 and no late entries will be accepted. If you need the visa, deadline will be 20th December, 2011.

※ Asian Open Professional Dance Championships
Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those couples who danced in the Semi Final of the 2011 Asian Open Professional Dance Championships in Tokyo.
※Asian Closed Professional Dance Championships

Exemption from the First and the Second Round will be granted to those couples who danced in the Final of the 2011 Asian Closed Professional Dance Championships in Tokyo.
Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those couples who danced in the Semi Final of the 2011 Asian Closed Professional Dance Championships in Tokyo.
Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those couples who made the top 12 in 2011 Asian Ranking.

★The exemptions only apply to the same partnership as existed in the aforesaid event, and not to the competitors individually.
※Formation
The event can be Ballroom or Latin, no limit of Amateur or Professional.
Each team’s dancers minimum are 8 ; maximum are 20.
One dance is 3~6 minutes. Rehearsal will host on 27th of February noon.

Prize Money / Exemption from the First Round will be granted to those who ranked Top 6 in
2011 Macau Open Professional (Ballroom/Latin) on March 5th ,2011 in Macau.
*The exemptions only apply to the same partnership in 2011 Macau Open
Professional and not to the competitors individually.
All competitors will be required to pay 20% income tax out of the prize money.
Prize Money will be paid in US dollars ($).
Accommodation( Tokyo), / The organizer will provide a twin-room at the official hotel, on the day before and on the day of competition, for couples who made the last 24 in 2011 World Super Series Asian Open Professional Dance Championships in Japan, and also for the couples who rank within top 12 in 2011 Asian Ranking.

The Organizer will provide a standard-double room at the official hotel, on the day before and on the day of the competition, for those qualified couples:
a)who ranked Top 12 in 2011 Macau International Open Dance Sport Championships- Macau Open Professional (Ballroom/Latin)on March 5th ,2011 in Macau, and
b)who ranked Top 24 in 2011 Professional World Ranking after 2011 Disney Cup, and
c)who ranked Top 12 in 2011 Asian Ranking, and
d)who ranked Top 6 in 2011 WDC Amateur League World Rankng,after
2011 Disney Cup.

The Organizer will provide a twin-room at the official hotel, on the day before and on the day of competition, for all European couples, and also for the couples who rank within top 12 in 2011 Asian Ranking. And who entry the Pro./Ama. event.Other overseas couples who entry the Open Pro. or Open Ama. events, the organizer will provide a twin-room one night at the official hotel, the other night the organizer can help them to book it, a twin-room one night with breakfast is NT.3,500 ( About USD115~120).
