- Make sure visualizations are also answering the question and that they aren’t just “pretty charts”
- Benefits of an alert driven system (system notifies when there is a problem rather than the user checking reports every day)

I spent a few minutes talking to her after one session and will be contacting her about getting a dashboard e-book and KPI documentation form that was referenced in the session. I will also be signing up to receive additional educational blog posts from her company and connecting with her on LinkedIn.

Summary / Visited the Hubble booth to learn more about their planning solutions for JDE. Jon provided a demo of the solution and explained the value of having purpose built connections for JDE. We could use this solution for financial and operational planning in a unified platform where all contributors would login and enter data in real time. This could save us months of effort in our annual budgeting process and enable us to advance our continuous forecasting initiative.
