Theallocationofspaceisbeinghandledin thefollowingpriorityorder:

Present Full Time andPartTimeTenants,NewPermanent Tenants,NewPermanentPart-TimeTenants, PermanentSeasonalTenants andthenTemporaryTenants.

Additionally,all requestsforspace will be madetomaximize rental income–therefore, requestsfor spacefor4 weekswill receive ahigherprioritythanarequestforspacefor2or3weeks.

All rentalsmust beforaminimumoftwo weeksand tenantsmustoccupy thespaceforthedaysand timesthe marketisopen.

Spacefeesfora 10’ x10’ space are:2 weeks- $800,3weeks -$900,4weeks -$950.Seeattachedchartfor specifics.

SPACEASSIGNMENTS

Since thepresent management was notinplacelastyearandaccurate layoutsarenot available,we cannot assurethat yourspace assignment will be thesame as in pastyears. Certainly,wewill makeeveryattempt to placeyouatornearyourformerspot (ifyouletusknow)but manyof thefloorspaces, dimensionsand locationshave changed. BroadwayMarket management reserves theright to assignspacethatbest serves theneedsoftheentiremarket andthemarket customers. All decisionsarefinal.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. All tenants’ standsmust beopenandstaffed atall timesthat themarket isopen(thereisnoopening lateorclosingearly). All employeesofSeasonalVendorsandanytemporaryemployeesofpermanent vendorsMUSTweara BroadwayMarketidentification badge atalltimes.(Up tothreebadges willbe suppliedwith yourapplicationfee –additional badgesareavailable from theSecurityOfficefora minimalfee.

2. Therental includes two Sundays–April10andApril17.

3. Tenantsshouldkeep allaislesfreeduringbusinesshoursandmaintaintheirspacein anorderly fashionwithin theassignedboundaries.

4. Displayrequirements toenhance thecustomerexperience:

a. Unless avariationisapprovedin advance,all tables &displaysmustuseeitherawhite,black, green or redtable cloth/skirting.

b. All vendorsshould planto bring theirown tables, chairsandanyother equipment. Foran

additionalfeeand advance notice, theBroadwayMarketManagementcanrent throughathird partytables,chairsand skirtsifyouneedthem. You mustadvise usofyourneeds with your application.

c. Tenting, Tarps, Awnings,ARE NOTapproved.

d. Nothing maybehung, displayedorpositionedthatwill blockcustomerviews.A clear fieldof

vision mustbemaintainedfromthe5’to 8’height.

5. All signagemust beprofessional in look and appearance. Handwrittensignsmust bereviewedand approved prior to use.

6. Yourspacecannotbesublet.

7. Youcannot bring materialsorproductsthat werenot included (andapproved)onyourapplication.

There will bedailychecksofyourapplication andgoodsforsaleand youmust have sufficientproduct available throughout yourstay. Violationscould resultin your removalfrom themarket. Certain products offeredforsale byyear-round vendorsmaybe protected and notallowedforsale by temporaryvendors.SeePage3

8. Radios, TV’s,electronicspeakers, megaphonesorhorns arenotpermitted.

9. All personsunder18 yearsofagemust besupervisedbyanadultatalltimes.

10.TheBroadwayMarket anditsmanagement arenot responsiblefor thelossofproduct or injuries.

11.Loadingdocksare extremelybusy–please use themandpromptlymoveyourvehicle. Vendor space isavailable throughout thegarage.
