15/05/01 Chairman’s remarks
The Chairman thanked everyone for coming to the meeting.
15/05/02 Apologies
On a proposal from Cllr Mrs Watson, seconded by Cllr Mrs van Gelderen, it was unanimously RESOLVED following a vote to accept apologies from Cllrs Pikett, Lowen and Powell having considered and accepted their reasons for absence.

15/01/39 – Cllr Hobbs has passed all the paperwork regarding the Tree Wardens role to Cllr Powell.
The resident has called in to the Parish Office to confirm that the tree at the rear of her property on Chancel Court will be replaced with the same species as the one adjacent to it.

- On a proposal from Cllr Mrs van Gelderen, seconded by Cllr Mrs England, it was unanimously RESOLVED following a vote to book 4 places at a Beautiful Burial Ground Conference on 7th September 2015 at £15.00 per person for Cllrs Mrs Watson, Mrs van Gelderen, Mrs England and Powell.

Trees have been hacked down by a resident whose property backs on to Manor Park – the resident has been written to.

15/05/08 Trees
- Tree Warden’s report – Cllr Powell had submitted a written report.
- Ayam Close – Insurers’ advice is to ask if the residents will accept an arborist’stree survey report. Trees have been checked by our contractor and the Tree Warden and appear to be healthy with no dead branches apparent. No further maintenance required at this time.
- On a proposal from Cllr Mrs Watson, seconded by Cllr Mrs van Gelderen, it was RESOLVED following a unanimous vote to agree a rolling 5 year tree maintenance programme and to obtain quotes from an arborist for a tree survey.
15/05/09 Footpaths
Church Lane to The Grove – the fingerpost is obscured by the Lleylandii – write to resident.
15/05/10 Allotments
No report as the Allotment Tenant’s Representative was not present.
15/05/11Lagoonarea off Beckhall
- A response has been received from the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust. It was suggested to meet with the current contractor to form a maintenance plan. Plant some wild flowers.
- Bench – a complaint has been received from a resident regarding the location of the bench. Ask PCSO if any problems with youths in this area. Cllrs Mrs Watson and Mrs van Gelderen will have a look at the area to ascertain an appropriate location for the bench.
15/05/12Owl/Bat/Insect Boxes
Write to PCC and ask for permission. Defer to next meeting – Cllr Powell and the Facilities Manager to look at possible sites.
15/05/13 FloralDisplays
The floral displays will be in a red, white and blue theme for the 70th Anniversary of VE Day. On a proposal from Cllr Mrs England, seconded by Cllr Mrs Watson, it was unanimously RESOLVED following a vote to accept the lowest quote for summer planting.
15/05/14 Best Kept Village Competition
On a proposal from Cllr Mrs van Gelderen, seconded by Cllr Mrs Watson, it was RESOLVEDfollowing a unanimous vote not to enter the competition and to write saying that the first round of judging is far too early.
