Vančo Litovski, Miona Andrejević, and Mark Zwolinski

Abstract - In this paper the instructions for preparing camera ready papers for the Conference SSSS 2012 are given. The recommended but not limited text processor is Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP/2003/2007.

Keywords - Camera ready papers, Proceedings of papers.

I. Introduction

In order to affect high quality of SSSS 2012 Proceedings of Papers the authors are requested to follow instructions given in this sample paper. The deadline for receipt of camera-ready papers is January 15th 2010. The contributed papers must not exceed 8 pages (even number of pages is recommended).

Authors are requested to submit two hard copies of the camera-ready manuscript and a softcopy version in either of MS Word or PDF format, via e-mail (). Also, authors can upload papers directly to our server using the submission form (http://jds.elfak.ni.ac.rs/ssss2012).

II. Instructions for Authors

A. Page Layout

Times New Roman 10 points font should be used for normal text. The columns on the last page should be adjusted to approximately same heights. Paragraphs are indented 5 mm. The manuscripts must be prepared using A4 size white bond paper (210´297mm), with the text area of 174´234 mm. The margins are given in Table I. Abstract (about 50 words) and keywords (up to 5 words) should be given in the beginning of the paper using 9 point font.

B. Title, Author and Affiliation

Title must be centred, written using 22 pt font. The spacing between title and authors lines is 6 pt. Author's names (without affiliation) should be typed using 14 pt font. Author's affiliation (institution, address and e-mail) should be given in the bottom of the first column using 9 pt font.(The easiest way for MS Word users is to insert a hidden footnote after the Keywords section and the corresponding superscript number after each author name)

TABLE I

Page layout description

Paper size / A4
Top margin / 20 mm
Bottom margin / 43 mm
Left margin / 18 mm
Right margin / 18 mm
Column spacing / 5 mm

C. Sectioning

Regular paper may be divided in a number of sections. Section titles should be typed using 12 pt font in a Small Caps option. For numbering use Roman numbers. Sections can be split in subsections which should be typed 10 pt Italic option. Both section and subsection titles should be separated from the text by a blank line.

D. Equations

Equations should appear in a separate line from the text with a blank line above and below. The equation number should appear in round parentheses and flush with the right margin, as shown in the example of Eq. (1):

(1)

Long equations can be split across multiple lines, as shown in the example of Eq. (2):

(2)

E. Figures

Figures should be one column wide. If it is necessary using two column wide figures is allowed but in that case figure must be located on the top of the page. Photographs must be made on a glossy paper. Each figure must have a caption under the figure. For the figure captions 9 pt font should be used.

F. Tables

Tables also should be made as one column. In some rare cases it is allowed to use two column tables on the top of the page. Tables must have caption located above the table. Table captions should be written using 9 pt Small Caps font. Example is Table I given above.

G. Referring

When you refer to an equation, a figure, a table, a section or a literature reference in the text of the manuscript please use the following expressions: Eq. (l), Eqs. (1) and (2), Fig. 1, Figs. 1 and 2, Table I, Tables I and II, Section l, Sections l.l and 1.5, [1], [2].

III. Additional remarks

Two copies of the manuscript prepared according to these instructions should be sent to the SSSS 2005 Organizing Committee not later than January 15th, 2010. Pages should be numbered on the backside by pencil.

IV. Conclusion

In this paper the instructions for preparing camera ready paper for including in the Proceedings of Papers of the Conference SSSS 2012 are given.
