Please complete and return your pre-order form to us at your Final Meeting, 6 weeks prior to your date.

Starter: Your choice of Starter for all of your guests plus a vegetarian choice for the vegetarian guest only
Main Course: Your choice of Main Course for all of your guests plus a vegetarian choice for the vegetarian guests only
Dessert: Your choice of Dessert for all of your guests
Please complete the boxes with either a “tick” or “X”
For Children dining from the children’s menu – please indicate “CHILD” next to their name. For their menu selections – please simply write their exact food selections in words in the boxes immediately after their name. For example: Ben: CHILD – Fish - Vanilla Ice-Cream
Please ensure that any dietary requirements are clearly stated.
Please also state if a guest is under 18, so that we are aware when offering drinks, as ordered. Along with hi-lighting any non-drinkers, requiring the non-alcoholic drinks package.
Mark clearly next to a child’s name if a Highchair is required.
For Round tables - Please complete a separate shhet for each numbered table. For example – page 1 is for table one and so on.
Each Round table comfortably seats 8 people (Maximum of 9) for a 3 Course Meal. Please refer to the Marquee plan, with numbered tables.
Numbering your tables in order of importance that they are to be served eg. Top Table = Table 1, and so on.
If you are having a “U” shaped table in The Orangery, please complete a separate form for the Top Table (Table 1), Left Table (Table 2), Right Table (Table 3)
Please note: It is very important that once you have completed your form, that you double-check all of your guest’s selections. We cannot be responsible for incorrect meals on the day. Amendments will not be accepted once we have received your completed pre-order form.
Please write your Guests menu selections on the inside of their place cards. For example: Soup – Chicken - Tart
Guests can sometimes forget what they put down on the pre-order, and accept a dish which was not actually theirs. Thisthen creates a knock on effect to the other guests being served the incorrect food, or having to wait whilst a dish is being cooked again. The chef obviously cooks the exact amount of each dish specified, and it is cooked table by table. We want everything to run smoothly for your meal. It reflects negatively upon us if we do not provide the correct meal a guest has selected. Thank you - We really appreciate your understanding.
