BSBP willprovidePre-Employment Transition Servicestostudents whomeetthefollowingcriteria:

The studenthasavisionimpairment.

Thestudentisage14-26.

Thestudentiscurrentlyenrolledinasecondary,post-secondary orotherrecognizededucation program.

Pre-ETSservicesareavailablestatewide toallstudentsinneedof servicesregardlessofwhether ornotastudenthasappliedforVR services.Pre-ETSservicesmaybeginonceastudentrequestsor isrecommendedforoneormoreserviceanddocumentationofa disabilityisprovided.Theseservicescanbeprovidedinagroup settingoronanindividualbasis.

Pre-EmploymentTransitionServices(Pre-ETSServices)areprovided incollaborationwithlocaleducationalagenciesandcommunity partners.Pre-ETSservicesaredesignedtobeanearlystartatjob explorationandwillassiststudentswithidentifyingcareerinterests tobefurther explored throughadditionalVRservices.
