PRE-EMPLOYMENT TESTING

Evaluating potential employees is a complex process, and thus no simple answer is available. Testing is one of the resources that can be used to help make the final hiring decision. Interviews and reference checking also glean useful information that, combined with testing data, can help with the final decision.

The factors explored through our psychological tests include: problem-solving capabilities, cognitive styles, interpersonal skills, team orientation, motivational aims, vocational interests, aptitudes, thinking style, and interpersonal dynamics. Individuals can show traits in a certain area that help them to be successful, as well as traits in other areas that may diminish their capabilities. The goal is to understand how the individual blends these factors together, and how they will fit within your organization. The better the fit with the role and organization, the greater the chance of a successful hiring decision.
