PRE TREATMENT INFORMATION
We aim to exceed your expectations by providing excellent results and a stress free experience.
Please consider when booking:
Healing usually takes 7 days and the skin will exfoliate excess colour naturally.
Pigment will be significantly darker and more noticeable until exfoliation occurs.
Swelling can be expected especially for eyes and lips.
The area will be tender following treatment.
Do consider social arrangements and holidays when planning appointments.
High intensity workouts must be avoided for a minimum of 48 hours.
Before:
Avoid Ibuprofen or Asprin for 48 hours before treatment. (See GP if prescribed).
We recommend Paracetamol or Codeine based pain killers if necessary.
Many clients take anti-histamine,24 hours before procedure, to help prevent swelling.
Your skin must be healthy and in good condition. Areas of infection, moles or previous skin cancers are contra indicated to this treatment.
Wax, bleach, tints and perms must be carried out at least 48 hours before your procedure.
After:
The area treated must be kept as dry as possible and protected from sun exposure until healed.
Keep the area as dry as reasonably possible when showering or washing hair.
The aftercare balm requires frequent application until healed.
Only the aftercare balm should touch the treated area until healed.
Avoid sports that cause sweating for a few days – opt instead for core or mat work to replace CV.
Eyebrow:
Stop using hair growth stimulators (Revivalash or similar) for 7 days before treatment.
*We need to know before your appointment if you have had Botox in the last 3 months.
Eye Treatments:
If you are fair, we recommend you have an eyelash tint 48 hours or more before your appointment.
Contact Lenses must be removed before treatment begins. Bring glasses to wear for the rest of the day.
False Eyelashes must be removed before attending an appointment.
Stop using hair growth stimulators (Revivalash or similar) for 7 days before treatment.
You will be able to see normally and drive yourself home immediately afterwards.
*We need to know before your appointment if you have undergone any eye or laser eye surgery in the last 6 months.
Lips:
If you have ever had a cold sore (Herpes Simplex) we ask that you obtain a prescription of “Aciclovir” (Zovirax Tablets) are from your GP to prevent a further breakout which will be stimulated by treatment.
A Dental Block can be arranged at Harley Street if total anaesthesia is required.
Stop using lip plump products for 7 days before treatment.
Attend with your lips their natural colour (free from lip stain and trauma).
*We need to know before your appointment if you have had lip fillers in your lips.
Medications:
Please advise us before attending if any of medical details have changed since your last visit.
New Procedures Include 2 Appointments:
Creative Design (1st Appointment) Precision (2nd Appointment)
A new procedure requires two appointments which are included in the cost.
The Precision appointment must be attended within 8 weeks to complete your procedure.
Essential Colour Boosting – Single Appointment
We recommend Colour Boosting to maintain the very best results. The colour and shape will fade over time. Ideally every 12 months, but this will vary for each person.

Perfecting Appointment
These can be arranged if further work is required within 12 weeks of a Createive Design or Colour Boosting appointment. Charged individually.
Payment:
We accept PayPal, Credit, Debit or cash. (PayPal if you wish to use AMEX).
We do not offer FREE appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
The deposit or outstanding treatment value of £100 will be charged if:
Less than 48 hours notice to reschedule (Monday to Friday office hours)
Failed, unattended or lateness that results in appointment having to be abandoned (10 minutes or more).
PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Appointments incur charges and considerable time once booked and we cannot avoid this fee be implemented in all cases. This is not intended to offend but late cancellations mean we cannot offer the appointment to someone else.
PATCH TEST
Enclosed is a cotton bud with some pigment on the tip. If this is dry just dampen with a drop of water and place a small amount of the colour pigment behind one ear (hidden in the crease) just enough that it stains the skin.
* In the unlikely event that irritation or itching occurs then wash away and let me know.
* Otherwise after 2 hours it is safe to go ahead with treatment.
