Class #4: ritual enhancement part II

Class presentations of student’s ritual enhancement: Each student is given 5 minutes to present their ritual and their enhancement ideas to the class.

Assignment:

Validation: This week, continue investigating/combining your ideas through sketch models. Make as many rough, working models as needed to test the validity of your concepts. You may need to rethink your ritual and come up with more ideas. By the end of the week, choose one direction to pursue based on your validation tests.

Form: Make one unpainted, unfinished appearance model of your chosen idea. (Use foam if appropriate) This is not a final appearance model, but a first attempt at how you want it to look- disregard functions such as hinges, moving parts, etc. Bring in your rough models to show how your concept works, as well as your rough appearance model.
