Praise the LORD for He is GOOD!Justice has finally prevailed!Hallelujah!

The Director of Public Prosecutions has formally advised ( 'Free at last!') that they are not going to proceed any further. Now, after more than 16 years, maybe Roseanne, her family and supporters can finally get on with their lives.

Roseanne sends her deepest gratitude to you all for your support over the years. It has been a long arduous struggle and she knows she could not have got this far without her awesome team.

Time for celebration……

Thank you JESUS that those who believe in you will never be disappointed. Amen! (Romans 9:33)

WITHOUT PREJUDICE 17th August, 2005

At last the Justice System now agrees that Roseanne Catt was the victim of a monstrous conspiracy at the hands of Peter Thomas, Barry Catt and Adrian Newell.

Our return to the Court of Criminal Appeal on Wednesday 17 August 2005 was a momentous victory for Roseanne Catt and for those of us who have been supporting her.

At last the Justice System now agrees with what Roseanne had been saying all along, that she was the victim of a monstrous conspiracy at the hands of

Peter Thomas, Barry Catt and Adrian Newell.

The Judgment of Judge Davidson and the Court of Criminal Appeal (CCA) Judges state that if the jury at the original trial in 1991 had before them the evidence that is

now available to the court Roseanne would have been acquitted.

Yet, she has had to endure 16 painful years of a long drawn-out proceeding of false charges each of which had been placed on her by Peter Thomas.

We have read Judge Davidson's Judgment 27 July 2004 and the Judgement of the CCA 17 August 2005.

Both Judgments condemn Peter Thomas and recognized his propensity to lie, threaten and intimidate witnesses so as to build a circumstantial case against a person to suit his own malicious purpose.

In Roseanne's case, NSW Detective, Sergeant Peter Thomas had Internal Security investigating his criminal activities and his friend Barry Catt was facing serious charges which also involved Peter Thomas.

As a NSW police officer he invaded her home, involved the media in that raid, placed on her multiple charges and coerced a number of witnesses to give false statements taken by him. Yesterday, after 10 months of assimilating a huge amount of evidence, tendered over an eighteen month Judicial Inquiry before Justice

Thomas Davidson, the decision was made by the Court of Criminal Appeal to quash six of the eight charges.

Davidson recommended all convictions were unsafe and should be quashed.

The Court of Criminal Appeal recognized that Peter Thomas was directly involved in each of six counts.

Count 9 - the gun, was thrown out. Thomas used the gun as a pivotal point to destroy the character of Roseanne and did so to make the other charges more 'credible'. On the 27 October 2004, the Department of Public Prosecution (DPP) threatened the Court of Criminal Appeal that if Roseanne Catt's charges were

quashed they would order a re-trial. So the CCA has obliged the DPP, giving them the opportunity to order also stating no purpose would be served.

The DPP's main witnesses have been discredited.

The Office of Legal Representation did not assign Tom Molomby SC to Roseanne's matter until very late in the Inquiry. The submissions of Roseanne Catt had to be completed within a very short period of time.

The two charges that still stand are Count 3 'Swan's Crossing', and Count 4 the alleged "Cricket Bat Incident'.

Both these counts amount to Barry Catt's word against Roseanne's. Peter Thomas was able, at Roseanne's trial in 1991, to say he had nothing to do with those two charges. We now have documents to show Peter Thomas was very much involved in these charges. If this evidence had have been available to Roseanne at the time thesetwo charges would also have been quashed.

Thus, in the event of the DPP ordering a retrial there is a massive amount of new evidence now available to Roseanne in relation to all of the charges. This evidence also shows very clearly, Peter Thomas's involvement in each and every charge. There is also a massive amount of evidence that the DPP objected to being tendered at the recent Inquiry. If a new trial is ordered by the DPP it will enable Roseanne to have all of these documents tendered into evidence.

The Judgment delivered by the CCA on the 17 August 2005 has raised very serious doubts as to the credibility of Peter Thomas, Barry Catt and Adrian Newell, so serious that they should now be facing criminal charges.

The CCA has ordered that the Police and the DPP follow through with orders made by Justice Thomas Davidson into the large number of phone calls made by witnesses for the prosecution during their evidence at this Inquiry, after he had directed them not to contact witnesses. The phone callsclearly show the collusion

between all of the main players in this whole matter. Judge Davidson made this order in July 2004.

To date nothing has been done to follow up Judge Davidson's orders.

Hello Everyone,

Praise the LORD for He is good! Well the day in Court was delightfully taxing!

We continue to endure the journey while moving towards our destination of Roseanne being acquitted.

Supreme Court Judges McLennan, Adams and Smart are taking time to deliberate furtherto come to a final decision.

We observed the Crown's pitiful attempts to disrespect Judge Davidson's Inquiry Judgement.

Judge McLennan quipped to the Crown "This is not rocket science" in relation to the Crown refusing to acknowledge a simple point. The Crown seemed to fumble from that point on.

At one point Judge McLennan mentioned to Tom Molomby, Roseanne's barrister, the inevitability of either a re-trial or an acquittal. Mr Molomby replied there was no legal precedentfor a re-trial because Roseanne has already served her sentence.

The three Supreme Court Judges adjourned to a date to be advised.

Outside the Court one of the media reporters asked Roseanne how she felt if there

was to be a re-trial, to which she replied, that she was prepared to pursue this for as long as it takes.

However she said, she felt confident the Appeals Court would decide in her favour.

When asked if she had a message for Barry Catt, she said "God is watching you".

Later in the afternoon Roseanne and all her family, friends and supporters gathered for a meeting at Parliament House where Lee Rhiannon, MLC, had booked the Waratah Conference Room.

Roseanne took the opportunity to thank and acknowledge everyone for their invaluable support.

Please continue to storm Heaven with your faith-filled prayers that Almighty GOD would bring this mammoth narrative to closure.

GOD BLESS YOU ALL IN THIS SEASON OF GOD'S JUSTICE! AMEN!
