Proceed away from town on Hydraulic road. Pass Albemarle High School and keep going straight onto Rio Road (West). Heritage Hall is on the right. As you enter ask for Mimi Tornrose. Proceeding west on Ivy Road, bare right onto Old Ivy Road at the right in front of St. Anne’s Belfield School. About ¼ mile down the road turn right at the stone pillars onto Crestwood Drive. Proceed North on Route 29, away from the university. At the light for Toys-R-Us turn right and drive down the hill. Turn left onto Hillsdale, and then right into the nursing home after passing the two entrances to the church. Tricia Gilmer, Social Worker will escort you to the three residents you will be interviewing, before she goes off duty. Tricia will also show you a room to meet in after the interviews. Proceed north on Emmet Street, US 29 to Hydraulic Road. Turn left on Hydraulic Road, then right on Commonwealth Drive, Turn left on Northwest Drive to Trinity Mission.
