Teaching of specialized courses in the summer semester takes place in a block between 8.4. and 31.5.2019 (i.e. 15th - 22nd calendar week). / The main objectives of the course are as follows:
• Basic clinical training in prosthetic treatment.
• Acquiring basic knowledge of prosthetic treatment based on the diagnosis.
• Basic knowledge of the diagnosis of temporomandibular joint disease.
Main attention will be paid to the acquisition of basic skills:
• In the diagnosis and setting of the treatment plan.
• In the treatment of patients with crowns and partial fixed bridges.
• In the treatment of patients with partial removable dentures.
• Treatment of patients with complete dentures.
• Treatment of patients with temporomandibular joint problems.
Continuous examination (examination) of the student's knowledge: student is obliged to orientate in the themes of preclinical dentistry, prosthetic technology and gnatology
Students are required to appear in practical workouts in clean, white work clothes and shoes / 8 x 6,25

Requirements: / 100% participation in practical exercises
Examination of knowledge in practical exercises and seminars - in the case of ignorance, the teacher is entitled to exclude the student from the practical exercise or to consider the practical exercise conditional upon the necessity of attending the student for examination of the topic

According to the Dean's Directive LF-B-18/01 to the Study and Examination Regulations of the Faculty of Education in Olomouc, the student can substitute a maximum of one third of compulsory education in the semester, provided he / she is properly apologized for missed lessons.

- If the student does not properly reject the practical exercise, the teacher is not obliged to allow the student to compensate
- The terms of the alternative practical exercises are listed and given to the teacher of the practical exercise
- If the student attends practical exercises in unsuitable / polluted clothes and / or shoes - he / she will be excluded from practical training with the necessity of replacement
- Late admission to a practical exercise or seminar is automatically treated as absence with the need for replacement
