Post: Volunteer Office Administrative Assistant

Grade: Voluntary

Responsible to: Operations Manager

Objective of Post:

To assist the Operations Manager provide an efficient and effective administrative support service for the activities of the organisation.

Main Duties and responsibilities

  • Data inputting
  • Administration of paperwork and records.
  • Assist with the management of purchase orders.
  • Assist with management of resources to ensure that stock levels are maintained.
  • Maintaining office standards.
  • Act as a role model for young people.
  • To comply with equal opportunities non-discriminatory in all aspects of work.
  • Be responsible for and comply with all health and safety regulations; be familiar with all operational systems.
  • To take part in training where necessary.
