Salary: £38,833 to £49,149 pro rata pa

FTE:2 x Full time positions, working 37 hours per week (2 x 1.0 fte)

1 x Part time position, working 18.5 hours per week (1 x 0.5 fte)

Fractional appointments will be considered for all positions

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HCPC registered diagnostic radiographer committed to enhancing the profile of radiographers in the UK to join our team. You will join one of the largest radiography education providers in the UK and will be part of a dynamic and innovative team who are at the forefront of learning and teaching developments.

The successful applicant will have a good first degree in diagnostic imaging or equivalent and either have, or be studying towards, a Masters. Doctoral level study would also be advantageous. Fractional appointments will be considered.Good oral and written communication skills are an essential requirement of this role.

The successful applicant will be recruited to join our teaching team and experience in modalities such as CT, RNI and PETCT would be advantageous.

We offer an extensive provision at undergraduate (including an assistant practitioner programme) and postgraduate levels. Our post graduate provision encompasses a wide range of CPD opportunities from short courses to full Masters’ programmes and doctoral study. The successful applicant will play an active part in the education of students and taking forwards the research strategy within the Department and in developing the research environment alongside other radiography staff.

All our programmes are supported by world-class learning resources, comprehensive on site skills facilities including a CT scanner and extensive web based resources that can be accessed from office or home.
