JOB RESPONSIBILITY PROFILE

POST TITLE: ESF Project Admin / Compliance Officer

POST REFERENCE:ESFPO - 01

SALARY: Support Scale – Scale 6 £24,481 - £26,006

HOURS:36 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum

LOCATION:Wood Street - but post holder will be required to work from all campuses and external event locations

RESPONSIBLE TO:Project Leader

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist in the design, development and implementation of systems and procedures to enable the effective management, monitoring and evaluation of the contract.
  • Implement and audit administrative procedures and demonstrate that processes capture information required.
  • Record spending within guidelines set out in contracts bringing any anomalies to the attention of the Project Manager.
  • Prepare accurate timely reports on project progress as required.
  • Arrange group and individual meetings with providers.
  • Minutes at meetings.
  • Assist in carrying out quality assurance arrangements.
  • Visit companies/employers to generate business for the project as required.
  • Checking enrolment forms to ensure data has been completed correctly.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with ESF project guidelines.
  • Act as main point of contact for the project.
  • Entering data to student achievements.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of files.
  • To participate in the Colleges appraisal processes.

NOTE: Please be aware that the duties and responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive, nor are they shown in the order of priority or frequency. They may be varied from time to time after consultation with the post holder. You may, from time to time, be required to work evenings, Saturdays or on a Sunday.
