General conditions:

The show is held under the FCI and SKJ show regulations. Only dogs registered with stud books recognised by FCI can enter the show. A receipt of an application will be confirmed 7 days prior to the show wia e-mail or post. Imported dogs of Slovak owners must be registered with the SKJ Stud books. Applications lacking any necessary document (a copy of the Championship certificate for the champion class and a copy of a title awarding for the honorary class) will be automatically entered into an open class without notifying owners. A copy of a pedigree must be enclosed to each application. Should the owner forget to indicate the class or should he/she do it incorrectly (regarding the age), the organiser will enter the dog into a relevant class. Documents received after the second entry close will not be accepted. Fill in a separate form for each dog. Applications should be send exclusively by e-mail or post. Organiser cannot take the responsibility for the undelivered applications even if they were sent by registered mail. The exhibitor commits to pay the exhibition fees even when he/she will not take part at the show. Should the show will not be held for the unforeseen cases the exhibition fees will be used to cover the expenses. The organiser may not accept the application without stating the reason. The organiser cannot be held responsible for damages caused by/to a dog. Owner is responsible for any damages caused by the dog. A judge is obliged to disqualify aggressive dogs. Provoking dogs against each other is not allowed. It is forbidden to treat the coat, skin or nose with anything that alters the structure, colour or form. It is forbidden to prepare the dog in the show ground with any substances or equipment. It is not allowed to enter the dog on the day of the show. It is strictly forbidden to leave dogs tied up on trimming tables except the time they are prepared for the show (trimmed, brushed or combed).

Veterinary regulations

Dogs from abroad must have a PET PASSPORT with valid vaccinations.

The judge

The judge may refuse to judge a dog which comes late to the ring. The judge will only follow the procedures of the SKJ/FCI show rules.

Protests

A protest against the judge´s decision is not acceptable. A protest for formal reasons is only acceptable upon a payment of 17 EUR and has to be filed in writing at the show office until the end of judging in the rings. In case of a negative result the payment is non-returnable.

* For dogs with title Interchampion or Champion from any country from FCI – You need send copy of Championship.

** For dogs with title club winner, Slovak winner, Interchampion or Champion from any country from FCI – You need declare it. This class is without titles.

Promising - P

Junior, intermediate, open and champion class:

excellent - EXCAJC

very good - VGCAC

good - G BOB

Awarding of the titles cannot be claimed.

Varieties – hairless and powder will be judged in classes separately. Each dog can be entered only in one class. In each class the placement 1-4 will be awarded to the dogs/bitches graded excellent or very good. In the baby and puppy class there is no placement and no titles.

The most beautiful pair of dogs: competition for male and female entered to the show owned with the same owner.

The most beautiful breeder group: competition for minimum 3 dogs entered to the show from the same kennel minimum from 2 different mothers, or 2 different fathers.

Child and dog: competition for children from 3 to 9 year with the dog entered to the show.

Junior handling: from 9 to 17 year with the dog entered to the show.

If you entering more than one dog, the dog from baby, puppy, honorary or veteran class cannot be considered for payment to be first dog.

Breeders catalogue advertisements

The exhibitors may order an advertisement, presentation (of kennel, stud dog) in catalogue. The fee is 7€ for 1 page and 3,5€ for ½ page. Closing of the advertisements is 01.08.2011 prior to the show with settled payments only. The used materials are not going to be returned.

A copy of proof of payment, a copy of pedigree and possibly a required certificate must be attached to each entry form.

Entry form without a copy of proof of payment and a copy of pedigree will not be accepted.
