Three (3) years’ experience.

Accounting TechnicianAdministrationAssociates Degree and three to five years

Experience.

Center Manager Child Development Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood

Center Education with three or more years supervisory

Or managerial experience or Associates

Degree in Early Childhood Education and

Five or more years supervisory or managerial

Experience.

Child Care ProvidersAll LocationsEarly Childhood Credential and experience

Working with children ages 0-4.

Classroom FloatersAll LocationsEarly Childhood Credential and experience

Working with children ages 0-4.

Crew MemberWeatherizationHigh School Diploma and experience

HR AssistantAdministrationAssociate Degree & Three years’ experience

Or any equivalent combination of education

And/or experience.

Human Resources Director Administration Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree

Preferred in Human Resources with Five

Or more years in Executive Level Human

Resources Experience.

*Executive DirectorAdministrationBA/BA Degree preferably Master’s Degree

Public Administration or Business with an

Emphasis on fiscal management. Minimum

Five to ten years’ experience in management

And/or business.

IT DirectorAdministrationBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology

And Five (5) years’ experience leading and

Directing an IS/IT Department.

Mental Health SpecialistAdministrationBachelor’s Degree in Special Education or Early

Childhood Education. Two or more years exp.

Working with children with mental health or

Behavioral issues.

Parent, Family and Administration Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services field or

Community Engagement Manager related degree. Three or more years managing

Family services and supervisory experience.

Teacher AidesAll LocationsCDA or Associate in in Early Childhood and

Experience working with children ages 0-4.

TeachersAll LocationsAssociate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood

And experience working with children ages

0-4.

NCPK Teachers-must also have a Pre-K

Add On or BK Licensure.
