Position: Manpower Allocation Manager

The Manpower Allocation Manager will be the point of contact for all Operations and Sales when manpower is required.

Responsibilities of this individual include:

·  Allocation of manpower based on competency and project requirements

·  Work in closely with operations managers for project staffing requirements

·  Forecast required manpower and maintaining forecasted project schedules

·  Recruitment and enrolling of both permanent and temporary field technicians

·  Maintain high level of communication among multiple bases operation management

·  Recording the utilization of field technician including sickness, holiday entitlement etc

·  Implementation and recording monthly metrics

·  Assist in the implementation of training and competency programs

·  Assist in coordinating site and Hydratight safety required training

·  Assist in coordinating and organizing equipment allocated to projects

·  Ongoing specification and development of manpower planning software and processes

·  Providing support to increase capacity and utilization at all locations the US Region

·  Control manpower movements

·  Control & issue technician contact details

·  Point of contact for email accounts

Qualified individuals will possess the following attributes:

·  Proficient with MS Excel and Word

·  Good communication skills

·  Willing to travel

·  Valid driver license

·  Work on own initiative and within teams

·  Proactive approach

·  Good under pressure

·  High level of organization required
