Job Title: ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Overview / This full time exempt level position supports the Fraternity/FHC Executive Director, manages the Operations teamand works closely with all Pi Beta Phi entities
Key Responsibilities / Assists Executive Director in all aspects of leading the HQ team, supporting the board governance evolution and serving in theabsence of the Executive Director.
Help plan and attend Grand Council Meetings, Strategic Planning meetings, and Fraternity events as needed.
Supervises HQ biennial event responsibilities to plan and execute premier events.
Responsible for maintaining Grand Councilmeeting minutes, policy documents and online shared workspace.
Supervises HQ building maintenance and purchase and upkeep of office equipment and services.
Oversee administrative, merchandising and IT/IS functions to support all HQ teams and business needs.
Drives efficient internal processes across the entities and recommends change as needed.
Reporting Relationships / Reports directly to Executive Director.
Supervises Office Manager, Assistant Director of Merchandising, IT Manager, and Event & Meeting Coordinator.
Supervises Local Committee Convention Chair volunteer.
Travel / Moderate travel required.
Qualifications
Education/Knowledge/ Experience / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study with a minimum five years of experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Broad Fraternity knowledge and membership in Pi Beta Phi is preferred.
