FUNCTION:
Serves a liaison between project director, staff, and partners. Oversees general program operations, administrative reporting; facilitates program enrollment and service delivery of substance abuse and mental health treatment to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Facilitates services coordination between project partners; ensures accomplishment of New Direction Project goals and objectives.
CREDENTIALS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:
The position requires a Master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited university. Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) and/or Licensed Addiction Counselors (LAC) are preferred. Experience in a clinical setting and with substance abuse is necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
1. Ensure implementation of effective clinical treatment using evidence-based models/curriculum.
2. Collaborate/coordinate client services with project partners.
3. Supervise project clinical staff
3. Conduct substance abuse assessments, interventions, and referrals (may carry small caseload).
4. Maintain and submit all necessary paperwork and automated files in relation to case records and financial,
statistical and other reporting requirements of the organization and funding sources.
5. Complete monthly treatment reports on each client with necessary attachments and signatures.
6. Performs professional presentation with staff and clients.
7. Complete all paperwork, reports in a timely manner.
8. Collaborate with staff and other clinicians; participate as part of a clinical service team.

2. Project Goals and Objectives are accomplished and in a timely manner.
3. Clients receive the most appropriate treatment with the options available.
4. Seamless service coordination with project partners.
5. Meet all statistical, financial, production and other reporting requirements of the organization and funding
sources.
6. Fulfill the applicable sections of the organization’s strategic plan.
7. Performs related duties as deemed necessary.
