Thispositionisinvolvedinavarietyofaccountingactivities.Asaleadworker,thispositionisresponsibleforalltransactions,includingthemostcomplex,relatingtoprocurementcardtransactions,accountcoding,BPOreleases,etc.AgoodknowledgeandexperienceusingMAIN(ADPICSandR*STARS);compliancewithgenerallyacceptedaccountingprinciplesandotherregulatoryrequirements;abilitytointerpretcomplexcontractlanguageanddevelopandimplementpolicies,procedures,andothersoftwareusedinthepositionarerequired.ThispositionwillalsoassistinreviewingandapprovingADPICSpaymentsforaccountspayablestaff.Thispositionwillmonitorandperformaccountingtransactionsforsupplementalpayroll,workmancompensationpayments,EFTreturnsandreplacementandwarrantreplacementsforemployeepaychecks.Also,this position is responsible for review, pre-audit and preparing contractual and other health care payment accurately and in a timely manner.
