POSI LOCK (On most Axiom pannier bags)

INSTRUCTION MANUAL

The PosiLock system provides four points of contact with your rack, creating a simple and secure way to attach bags. All of the parts of this system are replaceable and available through Axiom dealers.

Securing the pannier to your rack

Making sure the Pannier Fits your Rack

1.  The Posi Lock system is adjustable to fit a wide range of racks with varying diameters of tubing.

2.  First decide if you need to adjust the Posi-Lock system to fit your rack

3.  Make sure the plastic piece in between the two metal hooks is turned sideways

4.  Place the hooks over the rail of your rack

5.  Turn the Plastic piece vertically it should lock the bag into place. If you cannot turn the security clip to the vertical position or there is a large gap between the clip and the rack rails you will have to adjust the security clip.

To adjust the security clip:

Using a 4mm allen key and an 8mm wrench loosen the bolt in the middle of the security clip

Remove the clip

Reposition the clip to one of the other two holes

Reinsert the bolt and tighten it is tight but the clip can still spin.

Mounting the Pannier

6.  Make sure the Security Clip is horizontal

7.  Attach the hook at the bottom of the pannier to the hook clip of your rack

8.  Pull the pannier upwards by the handle and attach the two metal hooks to the racks rails

9.  Flip the security clip to the vertical position

10.  Go for a ride! Do it! Now, Do it! Go ride! Don’t make us taunt you anymore.
