If it is a partial port you must notify LEC of required action on remaining telephone numbers should they remain as they are or disconnect? If you have PIC Freeze with your original carrier must notify the carrier to remove the freeze. If PIC Freeze is encountered during the porting process, no FOC date will be provided and someone will contact the customer to have the freeze removed (this will delay porting of the TN).
Porting process:
As soon as we receive this form and a copy of your most recent phone bill, we will begin the process of porting your number which can take up to 30 business days.

In no way or form do we guarantee the successful porting of phone numbers. We provide this as a service to our customers with the understanding that the customer is responsible for the payment of their service under any circumstance no matter if the requested number ported or not.

By submitting this application, I also authorize Xchange Telecom to port my existing number to their service as well as certify that I read, understand and accept this disclaimer's terms and conditions, both expressed and implied, without exception. Xchange Telecom makes no express warranty regarding the Service and disclaims any implied warranty including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By signing below, I designate Xchange Telecom or its designated agent to transfer my service from my current provider to Xchange Telecom. By signing below, I also authorize Xchange Telecom or its designated agent to transfer my current telephone number used to provide service so that Xchange Telecom may provide its service to me. By signing below, I also authorize Xchange Telecom or its designated agent to obtain billing information, customer service records and other network information required to provide me with Xchange Telecom service. I understand that I may consult with Xchange Telecom as to whether a fee will apply to the change.
