CLASS 1:PC OPEN for Area 3 Pony Club Branch Teams and Individuals.Qualifications as per Pony Club Eventing Rules 2017. The scores for all competitors automatically count for individual qualification even if the competitor is in a team. If the individual is in a qualified team, individual qualification passes down the line.

ENTRY: The entry fee for all classes is £50 per competitor and must be prepaid online on by Monday 31st July.We ask that you adhere strictly to this date and reserve the right to reject late entries. There will be no refunds after close of entries.
Entries should preferably be submitted by a branch official (DC/Sec/Chief Instructor). On the close of entries, details will be sent to the relevant DC for approval and for the nomination of team members.
DRESS AND SADDLERY: You are reminded that it is the responsibility of the competitor to ensure that their dress and saddlery are in accordance with the rules as set out in The Pony Club Eventing Rule Book 2017. Please ensure all hats have a Pony Club tagbefore the competition. Body protectors and medical armbands are compulsory for cross country. Please also ensure that all competitors wearing spurs carry their permission cards to each discipline of the competition.
RETURN OF TROPHIES FROM 2016 COMPETITION:
Please could DC’s ensure that these are returned either before the day to Robert Blane or confirmation is sent to Robert that these will be brought to the competition on 06thAugust.

COMMENTATOR INFORMATION: Please e-mail to any interesting and relevant information about competitors and their horses.This is very important to ensure an interesting commentary and to keep the commentator interested!
FARRIER: There will be a farrier on site for emergencies only. All costs to be settled directly with the Farrier.
VET: There will be a vet on call. All costs to be settled directly with the Vet.
MEDICAL: Two Paramedics and a Doctor will be on site.
REFRESHMENTS: Refreshments will be available all day.
COURSE WALK: The course will be available to walk from 1pm on Saturday 05th August.
TIMES: Times for all classes will be on the NEC websiteon04th August 2017.
