Each person has unique natural abilities. Are you aware of your own areas of strength?

This survey can help people identify strengths and preferences using categories provided by Howard Gardner, an educator who helped people understand about Multiple Intelligences. For Gardner, intelligence is:

  • the ability to create an effective product or offer a service that is valued in a culture;
  • a set of skills that make it possible for a person to solve problems in life;
  • the potential for finding or creating solutions for problems, which involves gathering new knowledge. Source:

DIRECTIONS: A. READ the statements in each category.

B. WRITE one of these numbers for each line to score:

1. INTERPERSONAL INTELLIGENCE - People Wise: Able to understand others; a helpful ability if you deal with people at work (I.e.: food servers, managers, hotel concierge, counselors, teachers, etc.)
