0. Introduction

All the users registered in Mapfre’s network are required by Security laws to change their password every60 days. Users operating in Spain are required to change their password when they access their PConce the established deadline expires. However, the vast majority of users abroad only use this username and passwordtoaccess applications such asHFM, Contributor, Audimap, Share Point, etc., and therefore this manual has been prepared to detail the procedure to be followed in the event that said credentials expire.

Passwords can be changed at any moment and preferable before they expire.

1. Expired password

In some applications, users can change passwords when they wish, but in other, such as in this example (HFM), the screen below opens upafter entering the username and password and you will be asked to change your password:

2. How to change your password

To change your password, please open your web browser and access the following web address

Then click on“Acceso a la extranet de MAPFRE”.

You will be then required to enter your username and password in a screen similar to the one below:

In this screen, please enter your current username and password, and then click on Accept.

2.1 If your password has expired

If your password has already expired, before you access the extranet the following screen will be shown so that you can change your password.

In this screen, you have to indicate:

1.- Account: please enter DINT000\User name

2.- Old password: expired password

3.- New password: new password that you want to use(this password should have at least 8 characters, and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number)

4.- Confirm password: Repeat the new password.

In the event that your new password is not valid, the following screen will be shown, and you will be asked to enter your data again, entering a new password that meets the required parameters:

Once the password has been correctly changed, the following confirmation message will appear, and you will be able to access the HFM application using your new password.

2.2 If your password has not expired

In the event that you want to modify your password before it expires, you should follow the same steps, but after entering the username and password the following screen will be shown, instead of being directly redirected to the change password screen:

To change your password, click on “Cambio de password”and then follow the instructions in section 2.1 of this manual.
