The City will be responsible for insurance, maintenance and repair, and/or removal of mural as necessary. / 185

9-0 / Accept – From Artists, Quinton Fletchall and Nathan Li, “Let Us Continue” a mural, into the City’s permanent art collection, valued at $14,000, to be located on the east side of the Onondaga Creekwalk retaining wall between SU Nancy Cantor Warehouse and the Marriott Hotel parking garage. 9-0 / Authorize - The City of Syracuse to declare the Segwick/Eastwood Sewer Study a Type II Action pursuant to the SEQR Act, and the statewide regulations 6 NYCRR Section 617.5)(c)((18) & (21). The City of Syracuse is the lead agency for the project. / 187

9-0 / Authorize – An Environmental Easement to NYSDEC for the City owned property located 101 Chester Street, detailed in Appendix “A”. The property is part of the State’s Environmental Restoration Program. The cost to the City is 10% of the remediation costs. / 188
