TITLE OF PROCEDURE

1 PURPOSE

Beginning with “To…”, give a clear and succinct statement of the reason for the procedure including the name of the policy (or policies) the procedure supports.

Implementation Officer

/ The Implementation Officer must be nominated and authorised by the Approval Authority. It is the role with responsibility for the promulgation and implementation of the Procedure. Provide the position title per the Organisational Structure, rather than the name of a person
