Course fees are non refundableunless we have to cancel the course for any reason, in which case you will be refunded or offered a place on an alternative course.
If you pay by cheque and it is returned unpaidyou will be charged anadministrative fee of £15.00.Requests to change course less than one week before your course starts will also incur an administrative fee.
There is no heating (or cooling system) in the hall, so please dress as though you were training outdoors. We can protect you from the wind and the rain, but not against the cold or heat!

Declaration
All dogs and handlers taking part in classes do so at their own risk. The club accepts no responsibility for the actions of individual dogs and/or handler. It is the handler’s responsibility to keep their dog(s) under control at ALL times.
I would like to attend the course and understand that the techniques used will be kind, fair and effective. I have paid the course fee of £70 and have read and agree to abide by the Dig It Dogs Code of Conduct (see page 4).

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR OBEDIENCE CLASSES
BY BOOKING AN OBEDIENCE CLASS YOU AGREE TO:
Park in a sensible and considerate manner keeping access to farm machinery and the containers clear
Arrive to class with enough time to give your dog ample opportunity to toilet outside before coming into the hall
Bag any dog fouling and place in an appropriate bin
Ensure your dogs receive annual vaccinations or titre tests to prevent the spread of disease
Take full responsibility for the actions/outcome of your dog’s behaviour
Keep your dog under control at all times
Make sure your dog does not approach other people or dogs without permission
Keep your dog on its lead at all times unless given permission to be off-lead by one of the obedience instructors
Keep an in-season bitch away from classes for a full three weeks
Keep any dog that is ill with an infectious disease or has been in contact with a dog with such a disease away from the club until given the all clear by a vet
Take responsibility for the actions and behaviour of any children you bring to the club and ensure they act responsibly around the dogs in class and in the car park
Ensure your dog is appropriately and legally ‘dressed’ in a flat collar and lead with a name-tag inscribed with the legal requirements. Please refer to:
