Option A: / Full Payment – Due September 1
Payment of full tuition for each child by September 1 will receive a 10% discount on tuition.
Option B: / 10 Monthly Payments
To calculate monthly payments3: First determine the total tuition for each child; then subtract the Registration Fee(s). Divide the remaining balance by 10 to determine payment (see example below).
EXAMPLE – Monthly Payments
Member Tuition - 1 Full-Time Student / $2,000.00
Registration Fee ($300 per Student) / -$300.00
Remaining Tuition Balance / $1,700.00
Monthly Payment / $170.00
Option C: / 5Bimonthly Payments
To calculate bimonthly payments3: First determine the total tuition for each child; then subtract the Registration Fee(s). Divide the remaining balance by 5 to determine payment (see example below).
EXAMPLE – Bimonthly Payments
Member Tuition - 1 Full-Time Student / $2,000.00
Registration Fee ($300 per Student) / -$300.00
Remaining Tuition Balance / $1,700.00
Bimonthly Payment / $340.00

Notes:

1)Textbook Fees are placed into a restricted fund, which is used for textbooks only.

2)Lunch Duty Fee will be credited to your account upon completion of required recess work hours.

3)Scheduled tuition payments are due by the 1st of each payment month, beginning September 1.

Applications for enrollment must be completed and returned to the school office, along with the $300 Registration Fee. The Registration Fee will become non-refundable on September 1. The Registration Fee payment will be applied to the balance of tuition.

Parents/Guardians who require payment arrangements other than the Options above are encouraged to contact the Principal. Any delinquency in payment of tuition or other fees may result in student withdrawal. A Statement of Account will be provided monthly.Past due accounts must be made current prior to reenrollment.
