____Lifetime Achievement Award: is given to an ALPFA member who demonstrates a commitment to the organization via a long-term service of eight years or more. This includes countless hours to the organization that has helped build leaders as well as developed leadership roles. Additionally this individual consistently helps those in the organization who request guidance. To achieve results this individual uses his/her unique talents, innovative perspective, and energy. As an ALPFA member this individual attends multiple functions and meetings where his/her knowledge and experience is shared.

____Diversity Leadership and Service Award recognizes an individual who has contributed significantly to enhance the recruitment, retention, and development of ALPFA members, partners and the community. This individual has also put pride, passion and professionalism into everything he/she does. His/her commitment to the development of a more culturally and ethnically diverse workforce is extraordinary and has no boundaries.

____Excellence in Service to the Community Award recognizes an individual who demonstrates exceptional dedication and commitment to serving the community. This individual's commitment is reflected in a variety of programs and initiatives, which are responsive to the community and its needs. The efforts and success demonstrated by this person is a reflection of the true partnership he/she has created with the community and business partners.

The justification statement may not exceed (1) page in length, single spaced and in 10-point font.
