Introduction to JESP

Japan Employment Success Program (JESP) is our program that offers an easier and affordable start for you to prepare a new life in Japan. Our program invites you to Japan under student visa so that you can learn our language in proper language schools throughout in Japan.

While you are learning the language, you will also be working in part-time job to earn money and to have more experiences in Japan. This is to prepare you for our ultimate mission, which is to help you to continue living in Japan by getting a permanent job and working visa to settle in Japan for long term. We have networks of companies that are looking for talents with international backgrounds, and our role is to bring talents from various countries to prepare them for a full-time job in Japan.

Please remember, JESP is NOT a scholarship program.

What can JESP offer you?

-This is something people usually know if they tried to settle in Japan, but there are not many ways for foreigners to start a new life in Japan as immigration barrier is still high. JESP is a one-stop program that helps you to come to Japan, study Japanese, find a job, and to settle here if that is something you want to do.

-JESP allows you to pay for school tuition in monthly installment which helps to minimize the initial cost. We developed a program with various schools in Japan to accommodate monthly installment system for students, and this is something you can do through our program. If you want to study in Japan for multiple years, you can continue to pay tuition in monthly installment, so you don’t have to worry about preparing a lump-sum money.

-IIPSJ has the team that works closely with Japanese corporations to help them find foreign talents to work for them. Immediately after the arrival in Japan, we start arranging interviews and help you find work in Japan, so you can have more interactions with Japanese people and also to make some money while you are going to school.

-As you become more familiar with the language and culture in Japan, we will help you to find a full-time job that would suit your capability, so that you will have a chance to switch from student visa to working visa.
